At The Sheepdogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
